キャンセルは5日前19時までお受けいたします。天候、ご体調にかかわらず、5日前19時以降のキャンセルは100％のキャンセル料金となりますでご了承ください。
またキャンセルの際はメールでのご連絡をお願い致します。
当日は、予約時間厳守でお越しくださいませ。

Cancellation Policy for Groups of 8 or More
Cancellations are accepted until 7:00 PM, five days prior to the reservation date.
Regardless of weather conditions or personal circumstances, cancellations made after 7:00 PM, five days in advance, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Please notify us of any cancellations via email.
On the day of your reservation, please arrive on time as scheduled.
